Another recent discovery: Bakers Dozen. I found this project through http://designismine.blogspot.com/. Located in Melbourne, Australia, Bakers Dozen is an online shop housing work by 13 artists/makers from around the globe. 13 artists were asked to create an object in a limited edition of 13 to sell exclusively through the shop. It's an ongoing project and the opportunity to participate is available to anyone.
